MCCCU was established in 2018 with a clear mission: to empower the hardworking dairy farmers of Murang’a County by providing them with a reliable market for their milk and the resources needed to improve their livelihoods. Over the years, we built strong relationships with our farmers, offering them fair prices, access to training, and the promise of a brighter future.
However, the road wasn’t always smooth. By 2022, financial challenges led to the temporary closure of our factory. But even in the face of adversity, our commitment to our farmers and the community never wavered. Behind the scenes, we worked tirelessly to find solutions, and in March 2024, MCCCU was reborn.
